In an efforts to amplify marginalized voices, here is a zine with a small part of my mother’s story and wisdom. She is an immigrant and an American. I am inspired by her inner beautfy and resilience. In Bicol, where she is from, there is the Mayon Volcano. She always say that after the fury and destruction comes regeneration. A symbol for change.
